More Info

In my previous post I mentioned the projects I've been working on for our Enrichment night coming up. A few of you were interested so I am now going to provide more information. If you are interested in doing them please leave a comment. I need to know by this Sunday! I have to have my final count into the lady that is doing my vinyl lettering after this Sunday. Once again, you are more than welcome to come to our enrichment night to do them, or I can just get you the stuff. Whatever you want to do is fine.

6x6 Tile that says Family Matters is $3.25 each (stand is NOT included)

2 foot wood board that says We may not have it all together, but together we have it all is $6.00 each (that includes the board and the vinyl lettering). I'm having the sisters bring their own paint so they can have it look the way they want it. The vinyl lettering is black.

This Family Believes wood board is $6.50 each. Once again that includes the board and vinyl lettering which is and off white color. Once again you have to provide your own paint, I think a dark green like hunter green or a navy would look great for this one. Oh yeah no stand is included on this one.

Lastly, the 8x8x4 Glass block is $9.75 each without ribbon or $12.00 each with ribbon.

Hope that helps and answers questions. See the pictures below of the projects. Leave a comment if interested!!!

Time to update......

The last 2 nights Aaron has been on the computer checking on his fantasy football team and of course he stumbled across our blog and tells me that I need to update so I respond by telling him if he wants it updated he can do it! I just haven't been in the mood to blog.....probably because my life has been a whirlwind of craziness the past few weeks, so here is a garganctiously long post that shows just a little of what has been happening................

Seems that we traveled to Utah the last 3 weekends I thought it was fitting to show yet another very cute picture of Abby chillin' in the car! And don't let this picture fool you.....she isn't the most pleasant traveler! (Can you say... OH MY HECK ABBY IF I HEAR YOU SAY I HAVE TO GO POTTY ONE MORE TIME I'M GOING TO SCREAM!!!???)

We had a blast at Aaron's mission reunion down in Park City at a very POSH hotel that his mission president co-owns. He had this cake made up especially for the occasion.

The food was just as amazing as the table settings!!!

Here is President Overton talking to all of us. I have to quickly say that he is such an amazing man. It was such fun night. Abby absolutely loved it because we stopped and picked up two older single sisters that were in the mission with Aaron and drove them down. It is kind of a tradition, and they are the greatest ladies ever. (oh yeah, it was also great because we got to do some shopping at the outlets!!)

The same weekend as the mission reunion, which was also General Conference we stopped in at Brad and Becky's. Becky was great and cut and colored my hair, it was Bryson's b-day that weekend so we did a little celebrating, oh yeah and my mom, Becky, and myself did some quick shopping in the pouring rain! Above you will see Aaron's catching some Zzzzz's in the amazing Love Sac at Brad and Becky's!! I love that thing!!

Haylee and Abby spending some time with Grandpa.

Abby kicking back with one of her very best pals!! GRANDPA!!

Another weekend we had to wake up way early and head to Salt Lake for Aaron's cousin's wedding. This is a picture of Abby after we woke her up to take her up to my mom's. She is a morning person I think.............

Now to what has been taking up a lot of my time....I've been planning our big Enrichment night coming up here at the beginning of November. Here are a few of the crafty vinyl lettering projects I came up with.

I thought they all turned out really cute! I must thank my mom for all her help!! I don't know what I would do without her! Maybe by posting this it might give someone some ideas.....and if any one of your girly's are interested in making any let me know!! Also anyone is welcome to come, it is Wedensday, November 5 from 5-9:00 pm!! (a little advertising won't hurt, right!! but I'm dead serious, anyone is welcome!!)

Now I'm feeling like I'm typing about something that actually just happened....like last night! We carved our pumpkin. (Thank you Brother Maughn for growing this pumpking for us!) Believe me we are not carving experts, but we had fun as you can see from the pictures.

The final product! And Abby was as pleased as a peach! Notice we ended the fun with Abby in her undies! Things got a little messy!

So, that is just a little of what has been happening lately....I tried to do it with less words and more pictures. (just in case some of you get bored or have a very small attention span..haha) I also must mention that in the football world big things have happened! BYU totally let Aaron down and got killed by TCU, their BCS dreams are pretty much dead. (love ya honey!!) On the bright side, Boise State won and their undefeated BCS dream is still alive!! Gotta love it baby!

Oh my heck! I almost forgot Aaron's hunting trip! Aaron took off with the boys and went hunting for a few days. Lets just say that it was more of a BONDING trip than HUNTING trip, unfortunately they did not see one single deer.....just one really big moose. But like always they had a blast, and enjoyed their time to bond and do guy stuff! Aaron is taking this at the top of the mountain, wishing to see some deer.
No picture of Aaron by his dead deer.....just a picture of Aaron! Only a face a mother could love!! hahaha

For reals now.........that is all!!

Our Big Girl!

I've seen people post about the BIG accomplishment of potty training your child. So,,, I'm going to do the same and dedicate this to our BIG GIRL IN PANTIES! (that is for you Aaron!! he hates the P word!! haha!!) I feel very lucky because once we decided to do it for reals (of course Abby had to decide) she was very, very easy!

WOHOO ABBY!!
(Next on the list: Driving.........not!!)

Family Fun

A little late on this post..........Amy and Mesa made a pretty quick trip to Idaho, which we were thrilled because we got to meet and see Mesa for the first time! And of course we were excited to see Amy too! Below are a few pictures of the fun family gathering:

Abby with Grandma and Grandpa Great Moore

The three grandkids and of course in the middle is Mesa who was the star that evening! (none of them are to excited about the photo shoot.....)

Now the 3 cuties posing with Grandma and Grandpa Great Armstrong. (notice that Abby is giving the same look in all the pictures...to me she looks a little unsure and annoyed....??) It was very hard that evening to get a real cute picture!! But is sure was fun trying!

Abby was all smiles when she got to hold Mesa!! She was so proud and happy!!! Mesa is so adorable and I could tell she is such a sweetie!!

Abby and Brayden wrestling!! To cute!

Goodbye Summer!

I just wanted to say GOODBYE SUMMER AND HELLO FALL!! I will miss the warm weather, but I'm very excited for fall and winter. I love the change in the season! Thankfully, we had some excellent weather during September!
I thought these were some great photos of Abby enjoying my flowers. They were great this year, and I can't wait till next year!
