Home with Peyton in September
The month of September was great! We spent it adjusting to having a baby in the home again. The kids loved her and were so awesome with her. The fist day home Stockton was extra interested in her but it quickly wore off. We went on lots of walks, changed lots of diapers, watched her eat, sleep, and poop all the time, and she cried too...babies do that, and just enjoyed her and got know our little Peyton. And little she was, as I've never had a baby in Newborn clothes and diapers for so long, but she grew and is growing so fast. She never did loose any weight from birth.
Heading Home!

The next day we got ourselves together and were ready to check ourselves out of the joint!
We ate some breakfast and Aaron went home to get the carseat....yes I know kind of important. I sent Peyton to the nursery so I could take a shower and gather everything up and get myself together. We got all the paperwork done. Got the okay from my Dr. and Peyton's Dr. to be discharged. Then I had to wait for Aaron who was at the ER giving a blessing to someone in our ward. And then we were out by lunch.
Oh BABY!

A perfect day to have a baby!
And I really wanted her to come on the 4th because I love the number, so I guess all the waiting wasn't to bad of a deal!
I'm not really into writing a novel birthing story, but here's briefly how it all went down, or came out!
We finally got a call a little after midnight on September 4th and they told us they had a room and to come in.
We got settled in.
I was dilated to a 1.
They started me on the first of 3 doses of something to get me started....forgot what it is called but it ripens your cervix. Worked like a charm on the first dose when I had Stockton and I was hoping for a repeat reaction!
I did lots of walking.
Did some sleeping.
Did some peeing.
Did some drinking....water of course.
Progressed very fast! One dose worked!
5:30 a.m. got the epidural.
Dr. Dyer showed up shortly after. Loved seeing his face of course, such a great Doc!
6:58 a.m. Peyton Lee Moore was born!
She weighed in at 6 pounds 13 ounces and 21 inches long.
What a relief that she was here safe and sound!
And we felt so blessed and were instantly in love!
We also felt like we were looking at a girl version of Stockton!

The start of a CRAZY month!
September 3, 2013
I was suppose to be in the hospital getting induced on this day! But I wasn't due to the fact that there was no room in the inn! So with my mom in town and Abby at school we set off that morning and did a little shopping to pass the time and wait for the phone call from the hospital to come ............ and Stockton had fun waiting in the car with my mom and riding in the "driver thing" at Lowe's.
That evening we had one of our big rainstorms and my hunky of a hubby set out to help people that were flooding! At this point we were still waiting for a phone call from the hospital.....
