October & November in review........

SURPRISE! I'M BACK!!
Okay, so we still don't have the Internet...but I will give a quick update.
I haven't been taking pictures real well, but here are a few that I found.....
Stockton has outgrown this toy, which is a good thing because he pretty much broke it. This is how I always found him. Abby always just laid there and played with it, not Stockton he is my wirery, crazy, move all over kid.

Stockton also started eating solids..... he started out not so good, but he is turning into a regular old pro. We have accomplished pears, applesauce, peaches, bananas, sweet potato's, and we are even doing the Gerber Strawberry Apple puffs, and of course we mastered rice cereal early on. We tried taking him off his medicine for his reflux, and it didn't go so well. So lets hope for 9 months!!! Also in November he started teething!! Pretty soon he will have 2 bottom teeth. It is so cute. It seems like we are always battling something with Stockton, but he is such a happy little guy and deals with what he has been given so well. He rolls all over the place, and gets to wherever he needs to go. He is saying dada and makes all kinds of noises. Seems that his 6 months old now, the 4 month stats is kind of old news. I haven't taken him to his 6 month appointment yet, so I will have to get to that later.

Here are a couple Halloween pictures.......It was a fun Halloween, and Abby loved every minute!
Stockton was the cutest monkey ever!!

Abby, in her words, was a "very scary purple witch" !!

We went trick or treating to Aaron's office, and that is his boss in the picture......

Oh yeah, we sold our house and moved into a new house in October. That will have to be its own post. I haven't even taken any pictures of the house yet. Here is Abby enjoying our backyard!!

Heading out to play.

I took the cutest pictures of Abby and Stockton before church....this was in November....

My dad made this for me, and I wanted to show it off. It looks great in my kitchen!

We enjoyed Tim Tam Slams together as a family. Tim Tams are a yummy cookie that Aaron got hooked on in Australia. We found them at Fred Meyer, and have been buying them like crazy.
Below...how to do a tim tam slam!:
Making hot chocolate and showing off the tim tams.
Going down to do the tim tam slam!

Abby doing her first tim tam slam, she loved it always wants to do it.

Enjoying the jumperoo!

More bumbo pictures.

He has now outgrown his bouncer, but we definitely got a lot of hours of sleep out of it!

Dad feeding Stockton, of course Abby is there to help.

This is how we carved pumpkins this year!!! haha

Dressed for the fall!
We had a great Thanksgiving, and I even took part in the Black Friday shopping this year. My first time ever. It was fun, I'll do it again.
Okay, I feel much better now.....I have October and November done!
Who knows when my next post will be...............

September in Review.....

In no particular order, here is September in review.
(September was a long time ago, but here is what I remember and have pictures of):

Stockton has big eyes, no doubt about it!!! In these photos his nostrils are flared, Aaron says he gets that from his mom! And of course Abby is always right by his side.

For Labor Day we went up to American Falls and went to the fish hatchery. Abby and Daddy loved it!! We spent a lot of quarters buying fish food.

Like usual, Stockton is always spitting up! And I just so happened to catch it on camera. The poor kid is still battling reflux. So frustrating, but we are getting through it!! When it is all over we are going to have a bib bonfire!!!!!!!!!

One beautiful September day we went for a walk.
He is so cute!!

More pre-walking pictures.

Sitting in his swing, he never sat in his swing. My kids just aren't swing kids. Actually my swing is for sale (for reals) let me know if are interested. It is a very nice swing that has hardly been used.

He started sitting in his bumbo. He is learning to like it more everyday. I just keep it on the kitchen counter. I think that is safe.....

Another sleeping picture in the bouncer.

Abby acting like she is worn out from preschool. That is the extent of Abby sleeping during the day....ACTING!!

Abby started preschool in September, and loves it. At first it was weird having her gone for a few hours and I felt a bit lost. But I've adjusted and love watching her learn so much. She says the pledge of allegiance and it is so dang cute. Here are some pictures of our school girl:

This is her on the actual first day of school. She was in charge of the snack and story that day. She took grapes and the Dora going to the dentist book.

Which brings me to another activity we did in September. Took Abby to the dentist. She did great. She totally cooperated, has great teeth, and no cavities. I forgot to take my camera (yes I know, I'm a good mom) so we took some pictures at home of her gorgeous mouth full of teeth.

Okay...so we didn't do anything exciting during the month of September. Just enjoyed my cute kids.......... don't worry things will get more exciting.
What is to come: Stockton turns 4 months, we sold our house, we bought a house, got the swine flu vaccination, Halloween, and everything else in between!

Happy Birthday Abby! (and Aaron & mom)

Holy Cow! My 3rd post in one night!!

August 25th is a big day in our house. Abby turned 3, Aaron turned 27, and my mom turned 50!! What a day!! I try not to let Abby steal the show, but she usually does. I do my best to not forget Aaron and my mom. What a great day it was! Abby was so excited for her birthday. She woke up to a brand new Princess bike! She LOVES it. It was the best purchase ever. She rides it all the time. And I love that she will ride it on our back patio in circles for hours!! She has gotten really good on her bike. She can now talk on the cell phone while driving, don't worry she can't text yet! I even caught her picking her nose while driving! YUCK! Also on this glorious birthday we all enjoyed lunch at Applebees and then that evening we had a little family party at the park! What a great day it was. I can't believe my Abby is 3 years old! She is such a joy (and challenge) in our life. We love her to death!!
Oh yeah, and Aaron got some waders for fishing. Not real sure what they are but he was grinning ear to ear.

Loves her bike!!

She is so into playdough these days, and she loved her new accessories she got for her birthday.

Sporting her cool sunglasses she got for all her cousins for the birthday party.

Her and her buddy Evan. She loves him!!

Kaden joined them......the cutest little All-stars ever!

Nice choke hold Abby! We were both so excited to go to Applebees.

She was so spoiled! (like usual)

Loves Dora!

She has been asking for this everytime we go to Wal-mart! Thanks Aunt Krista!

The lovely birthday cake!!

Loves the Princess tent from Bryson and Haylee.

What a great birthday! I'm always so exhausted by the end of the day!

Stockton - 2 months old!

Also during August Stockton turned 2 months old. Seems that he is almost 4 months now, I don't remember his 2 month stats. So much has changed from 2 months to 4 months! But I will try to remember..... his 2 month checkup went great. He handled his shots like a man. Abby cried more than he did because she was so upset at what they were doing to her little brother. We have been battling acid reflux with the little guy, but he is gaining weight and getting through it. Thank goodness for medication! He is such a skinny, tall, cute little guy. His eyes are always so big. At 2 months he started smiling, and sleeping through the night. WOOHOO! Ummmmm here are some pictures of him at 2 months:
Oh yeah, he always has his hands in his mouth. Thankfully he is not discovered thumb sucking!! Oh yeah, and at 2 months he told me, yes verbally told me, that he loves Boise State!!! What a smart boy!

In this picture I accidentally mentioned the BYU Cougars and he started to cry. Sorry Aaron! He was a born a Bronco!

The big eyes.......love them! Oh yeah, he has long eyelashes to go with them!

I love this because he kind of looks like he has a belly, but he doesn't!

So handsome!!

We love this little guy!!

Island Park - August 2009

I have a good friend who is wondering why the "Moore's" aren't blogging "More" ....... so this is for you Christy!! You are my inspiration! haha (really you are)
Okay, so going back to August...............
Chad got home from his mission, we got family pictures, and we blessed Stockton. (all in the same weekend) Well that Monday all my family headed to Island Park for the week. My mom has all the great pictures, but here are a few that I have, maninly from our river rafting experience.
Cute Ryley on our very fun and adventurous river rafting adventure.

Abby chillin' on the raft ride, let me just say that she was so excited to see the end. She was jumping up and down saying we made it, we made it!! It was about a 2 hour journey.

One of our fearless paddlers. Lets just say he is easily distracted!

Clay and Linsey were also great paddlers. Thank goodness for Linsey, she always kept our raft going!

Can't forget the TCU fan, Chad. He was the captain and really kept everyone on task.

Clay, talking on his phone like usual! haha

We drove up to the top of some mountain. Here is my dad, Bryson, and Chad posing for a shot at the top.

We also celebrated my parents 50th birthday. They both turned the big 50 in August. They are getting old!!

Here we are sitting outside eating at the cabin.

We had so much fun. The cabin was nice and we all had enough space. I wish I had more photos. We did lots and lots of forewheeling. We all took turns and went out and saw a show/play in the evening. The kids had a blast and just played and played. Abby asks almost everyday if we can go back to Island Park. She even made me promise.
Thanks mom and dad for the great trip!!
