Chad and Amanda's Wedding

My baby brother Chad got married!!! I knew it would happen someday.....! Lucky for me, I have another great sister-in-law! (and she loves sports!! we have a lot in common!)

This picture was taken one weekend when Chad brought Amanda home for us to see her/meet her/get to know her! Abby instantly loved Amanda.....it was kind of like, Chad who?? haha

Abby and Aunt Amanda at the open house in Idaho Falls. Amanda went above and beyond, she did flowers for all the nieces and nephews!! Abby still displays her flower in her room by their wedding announcement!
On June 3, 2011 Chad and Amanda were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple. My mom has all the great photos on a disk somewhere. For now we will have to enjoy the few pictures I took on my own camera.....very few.....

They had an open in Idaho Falls, where Amanda partly grew up, she moved to College Station Texas when she started high school, one in Raft River at GG Garner's house, and the last one in College Station.

It all was perfect, and we love Chad and Amanda! Now they are living in California why Chad does an internship, so we miss them, but hoping to see them in November. That means this family could be going on a vacation!!!

Abby's Dance Recital

Abby took another session of cheerleading/gymnastics. She did great, and is improving each time. I never thought I would put my little girl in cheerleading classes, but it has been so great and taught her a lot. I'm all about exercising/moving/following instructions/meeting new friends....even if it means having poms poms in your hands!! haha She also loves the gymnastic side of it, and is pretty darn good! We have been so lucky to find a coach that is amazing, which makes it or breaks it! Here are a few pictures from her recital.

Grandma Moore gave the kids a little planting kit which were so cool and cute.
Despite the fact we weren't getting the growing weather I wanted I finally let her plant her seeds. She had so much fun! She checked on them everyday and probably gave them way to much water, but she enjoyed every minute of it. I decided to keep them outside right next to the house in morning shade and afternoon sun.... well the sad thing is.....a wind storm came one afternoon and blew them all over the back yard. Oops. Abby was sad, but got over it, and life went on!

Ready to Run.....

Aaron and I started to run every morning sometime in April ..... I head out at 6:30ish and he heads out at 7:00ish. We get about 2 to 3 miles in a day, nothing flash but just perfect for us! It has been great for both of us in many many ways! I have ran A LOT in my lifetime so it is fun to get out and just run for fun! And Aaron... I think is learning to like it...not love it....but like it! We have completed 3 5K's this summer so far. I was hoping to do more, but we are getting sick of paying for them, so we look for free fun runs. Aaron just doesn't understand the purpose of paying someone to have to run! And with both of us, it gets kind of spendy. We have definitely gotten better and faster, and I love Aaron to pieces for being such a good sport and really jumping on board with me! Not to sound corny, but life/relationship/and everything has been so GREAT since our running adventures began!!

April 30th... Our First 5K. Oh baby it was a tuffy with lots of HILLS! Started at the new hospital and went down and around then we had to come back up!! (we did this same run again about a month later and shaved 5 minutes off our time!)

What I really love is the the yummy food they provide after the run!! I just keep that in mind while I'm running!! haha ... And here we are posing after our first 5K together!

On Saturday we went to Tremonton for an Easter Egg hunt, and had a great time with cousins! (and trying to stay warm)

Abby is so smart, and although i'm very sad she is off to kindergarten, she will do great!
