Peyton's first haircut!

Poor Peyton grew a not so cute rat tail -we called it- on the back of her head! Mullet works too! Peyton was definitely all business in the front and party in the back!! I wanted to get rid of it but didn't know exactly how to. Thankfully my sister in law Linsey stopped by as they were passing through and she helped me out! Bye rat tail!! And I guess this counts as the first haircut.....she did trim up the little fuzz ball!! 

Peyton is 5 months!

Peyton keeps growing and getting cuter and more fun everyday! She is 5 months now! She has the cutest rolls and is weighing in around 17 pounds. For the most part she is such an easy going babe and she loves her brother and sister and could watch them all day! 

Jr. Jazz!

Abby was sooo excited to play Jr. Jazz basketball! This girl is obsessed with the jazz, she knows all the players and their numbers and never misses a game! She has been to a few in person and hopes to one day meet the players and get their autographs. Aaron and I grew up jazz fans so we love it! Back to jr, jazz....I think the fact that she got a team photo, jersey, jazz discount card, and a clinic with a jazz player is what made her so excited!! At her first game they were handing out jerseys and I watched her coach hand her a #20 and as she put that on all her dreams had come true! Gordon Hayward's number!!! That is all she wanted!!! Then I watched her coach talk to her and she slowly took off the #20 jersey and they gave her #40. I called her over and she was in better spirits than I thought...they had given her the wrong size! Abby would have rather looked like she was wearing a dress as long as she had Gordy's number but she handled it well! Besides the #40 jersey looked just as big! But she knew it was Jeremy Evans number and she liked him....And she was just fine when I reminded her that he was Gordy's BFF and he won the slam dunk competition! Abby and another girl are the only girls on their team and we have yet to play a team with a girl on it...., and Abby is such a shorty!  But I figure it's great experience for her to get ready for next year when it will be all girls city league ball. The boys do pass to her and her first game she grabbed a loose ball and dribbled down and scored it! We are all having fun!! 

Teeth & Selfies!

Right at the beginning of February Abby lost her other front tooth! This tooth had special meaning, as it was the one that was chipped when she fell down a few stairs in elders quorum way back before nursery days with Aaron! Way to go Dad! And let me just say I need to start a braces fund right now!!!! 

And I found a zillion selfies of my Abs on my phone. These were my 4 favorites! Oh Abster I love ya to death, but you sure keep us on our toes and are already causing me sleepless nights!! 

A baby shower!

My good friend Megan is expecting #2, a little boy, here in a couple weeks! I had a lot of fun throwing her a baby shower! It turned out great and of course the food did not disappoint....and that's all I got pictures of! Megan got a ton of great stuff and I can't wait to meet this little guy!

And here are a few pictures from the rest of January! Goodbye January, you were a crappy month that I don't want to relive anytime soon! You were full of sickness, trips to the doctor, sleep deprivation, coooold days, moving, unwanted anxiety and depression, lots of math catchup for my 2nd grader due to starting a new school, and well that can sum it up for now! Here's to February and getting closer to springtime! The month may have been yuck but these pictures sure are cute and these kids of mine are my whole world! Oh yeah and on January 31 Peyton finally decided to roll front to back and back to front! She has been sooo close all month and finally did it! So I guess the month didn't end to bad....
