And some other happenings in the month of May........

One Saturday night Aaron and I had our favorite Mexican food and washed it down with our favorite beverage! We never have pop so this was fun!!!

Just a rocking my baby!!! Best 10 minutes of the day! (What can I say the cry it out method never was for me!! I know she'll grow up and have many many years of going to sleep without me rocking her!! This time is short and precious!)

Summer means some sibling fighting now and then, but they were getting along here!!

May celebrated 17 years of an important event..."John Stockton sends the utah jazz to the NBA finals!" Changed my life and childhood!!

Peyton is full out crawling everywhere and doing her best to pull herself up! This baby monster is everywhere!

The kids made a relay race out front and Stockton was the one nominated to advertise for people to stop by and try it out for $1! Poor kid! I suggested a lemonade stand and cookies......

Fire Station!

Out local fire station was having an open house with some fun activities! We love going every year. We even got to see a demo of them extricating the roof of a car! By far the favorite thing is holding the real fire hose while trying to hit the target with the water. This year Abby was to cool for a plastic, pink fire hat!!

For summer we are going to try to do a hike once a week! Our first one was up to the white pillars and "I" on ISU campus. They are getting rid of the "I" in the future so we thought we better knock that one out first! And seems that I am an ISU graduate and have never been there, it was pretty important I do it! Ha! It was a fun, pretty short, kind of steep hike! Kids loved it!

My good friend Megan gave Stockton her Karl Malone jersey from when she was younger. Stockton loved it, and just had to play some ball while wearing it! He's Stockton and Malone! Best duo ever!

For now it's a dress on him....but he'll grow into it before ya know it!!

Digging!!

Started digging the hole for our home!!! Very, very exciting! It is a dusty, dirty mess, as the dirt is so powdery up there!! Stockton loves playing in it and I could have watched them dig and dump forever! Now it feels real!! Can't wait for September and to watch those sunsets from my own yard! It will be so fun going through all the home building steps, at least that's what I tell myself!
