8.9.12 to 8.10.12
The Big Moore Family Reunion took place in Hyrum, Utah. We were only able to stay one night as we had to get back to Raft River for my cute cousin Holli's wedding festivities. But we did have fun the short time we were there. We "tented" it ... that is how this Moore family rolls. It is a nice, spacious tent and it was the perfect night to camp, nice and warm and the kids loved it. We all slept so good, except my air mattress had a hole in it......so maybe I didn't sleep as good..... We enjoyed a yummy breakfast and then fun on the river and a quick lunch and we were gone.
I didn't get any pictures of all the fun the kids had with their cousins....our any pictures of my out of control ride on the tube with Aaron and his cousin Brody...thank you Caleb for knocking the air out of me and causing me to lose my voice from screaming!! haha .... I loved every minute of it!!!
I would definitely give myself a big fat "L" on my forehead for taking pictures from this adventure!

My Grandma Allen grew up in Hyrum so we stopped at the cemetery and took pictures and visited different member of the Allen/Williamson family. So neat!

| It was kind of weird to see my Grandma and Grandpa's headstone when they haven't died yet....it is good to be prepared and get your spot reserved....i guess.... |

| Abby by my Aunt Linda's grave (my dad's little sister) She was killed tragically on the farm in Raft River when the tractor she was driving up hill tipped over on her. She was only 13 years old. I love hearing stories about her, she was one amazing girl. Also this headstone has been at the Declo Cemetery, Raft River Cemetery, and is now and will stay in the Hyrum Cemetery. We just always wanted her close to all of us. |

After the cemetery we found a Wendy's for some fries and frosties and headed home to shower, dress up, get back in the car and headed to Raft River for Holli's reception.....!
A great weekend!!

It looks like you guys had a great weekend boating and rafting and visiting your family's graves. My dad's little sister passed away too at the age of 16. SO sad we never got to meet them here on earth, I am sure we did before we came down though! Glad you guys are doing well. I have been terrible about getting on blogger and checking out blogs the whole summer. Now that kids are in school I have some catching up to do!
