Christmas Eve - 2013

Christmas Eve was so fun this year, despite the fact we were packing.....but it was so fun and very non traditional! My parents were up helping us pack so we celebrated Christmas Eve with them. We enjoyed an early dinner at Texas Roadhouse, because cooking and moving don't go together. It was like always so yummy....one word: ROLLS! My dad got a hotel that night so we could go swimming and hot tubing! We had the place to ourself, of course, and it was so fun and the kids loved it!

Then we went home and the kids opened their new pajamas.

This is the first year that Abby read our tradition 'Twas the night before Christmas.

And she put everyone asleep! Between packing, hauling, and swimming......

And of course the letter and treats for Santa and reindeer were set out! Abby was sooo worried about grandma and papa getting their stockings filled too!

And then off to bed they went without a fuss!
