I didn't do the best job of taking pictures on Valentines Day, but it was a crazy busy day with lots of love! We had heart shaped Eggo waffles for breakfast, heart shaped sandwiches for lunch, and heart shaped pizza for dinner! Wow....lots of heart stuff going on! The kids got a little Valentine gift from Aaron and I. I surprised Aaron with new running shoes, now that's love! But I think I got the biggest surprise of the day! Aaron handed me 2 pieces of paper one was reservations to a hotel in Idaho Falls and the other was a picture of the Idaho Falls Temple that said we had it reserved for a Saturday session!! I was shocked and didn't quite react the right way..... Tears came down and I said I can't leave Peyton overnight! Aaron assured me that my parents agreed to stay with the kids and everything would be fine. I was skeptical....! So I spent the day trying to tell myself I could leave, have fun, and be grateful! I know we both needed this quick getaway as our family has undergone and still going through lots of changes and stress with life!! So we left Friday night and was back Saturday after lunch. It was so fun! We shopped, went to Dairy Queen, and went swimming! Enjoyed a yummy breakfast, had the most amazing temple session where I received peace and assurance about our life endeavors, and then had an ammmmazing lunch at Olive Garden!! Thank you Aaron for being the best most perfect Valentine!! I'm so blessed to have you and our 3 beautiful kids!!
