We stopped at our neighbor/good friend Brother Wharton, who was celebrating his 80th birthday. When we moved into this ward his wife passed away. It was so sad because you could tell this man was deeply in love and heartbroken. Abby invited him all on her own to sit with our family on Sundays. Our family has become great friends! We talk to him everyday and the kids are always at his house eating candy and keeping him company! We will be sad to move and not live so close by.
