An early birthday present!

So, this post is a week or so late, but oh well.
Aaron got me Utah Jazz tickets for my birthday!!! We went on a Saturday and had a grrreat time. It was a nice getaway! Here are some pictures of the game:
Here are the Phoenix Suns, I was trying to get a picture of Shaq...he is headed towards the right elbow......the very BIG guy!

Here is Kyle Korver (a Jazz guy) shooting around before the game, let me just say every teenage girl is in love with this guy! He is a cutie! It makes me laugh.

The night we were there just so happened to be the night that State Farm was sponsoring the game. So that was kind of fun, we got to see "neigh-bear" the mascot and some Utah State Farm agents getting first class treatment! We were definitely jealous!

Here is Steve Nash (Phoenix guy) shooting around before the game. A very famous point guard and former MVP.
It was a SWEET game and way exciting. The Jazz ended up winning in overtime! We love Jazz games and will definitely be season ticket holders some day!!!

Before the game Aaron and I had to visit a few statues that are very dear and important to us! Here I am posing in front of the John Stockton statue and pointing to my belly!! I wonder what I'm trying to tell the camera here??????

Aaron and I both in front of Stockton.......What is even cooler is that John Stockton just got inducted to the Hall of Fame!!

Posing in front of Karl "the mailman" Malone's statue!!
Can you say Stockton to Malone??? (Hot Rod sure can!) Only you dedicated Jazz fans will understand that!

Here are the flags that fly in front of Larry H. Miller's home. He is the owner of the Utah Jazz and just past away due to complications of diabetes about a month or so ago. He is a great LDS man, who did a lot for Utah. He will be missed!

We also made time for some spiritual adventures as well........we did a session at the Bountiful temple earlier in the day. Then later we went to the Salt Lake cemetery and found President Hinckley's grave.

You could definitely feel the spirit strong by just standing by Pres. Hinckley and Sis. Hinckley's grave. It was amazing! If you haven't been there you should! Also, President Hincklye's grave/monument was made out of leftover stone from the Salt Lake Temple and Conference Center.
It was such a great day! Thanks Aaron for the best birthday present ever! It was great to have one whole day to just spend with each other!! (of course Crown Burger was amazing!!)

I thought I'd end this post with a very cute picture of my little lady!!

Random Photos....

I'm sure most of you are feeling the same way that I am:
Death to Winter!! Pllllease come Spring!!!
With that being said here are some pictures of Abby, they are very random and quite funny. I must say that she is not letting cabin fever get to her to much, and is using her imagination and finding ways to entertain herself!
One afternoon I found her in her underwear with her coat, hat, and sandals on. I was happy to see that the sandals (she calls them flip flops) were on the right feet. She has hit a little stage of changing her clothes throughout the day.

Here she is in my shoes telling me she is headed to the store to buy groceries. (she has her list, purse, and child...I think she has it all covered!)

The next 3 pictures are of my Superstar Love Bug:

You will always find a pen, paper, and a purse in Abby's hand!! Oh yeah, the sunglasses are never far away either!!

So........Abby is doing great and just keeps getting bigger, smarter, sassier, and more of an attitude every day! We love her to death!
As far as Aaron goes, he is doing well and is busy, busy, busy!
As for myself, I'm doing great and am growing and growing in the tummy area!! Do you know what is so crazy?? I now am going to the Doctor every 2 weeks!! I'm trying to decide if I should start panicking!?!
In the meantime lets all think happy, warm, spring thoughts!!!!

I'm still prego....

Much to many requests (okay like 2 if that!) I am posting a couple pictures of myself and how I'm looking at 27 weeks. My belly looks a little odd shaped due to my pants....anyways the pregnancy is going good and all is well!! Can't wait to see our baby boy!

A couple shots of me and my girl:

Just another fall......

Okay, so Abby is pretty accident prone....or maybe she just has way to much energy and is constantly running and jumping which makes her chances of getting hurt that much greater. She was cleaning her room the other day and was very excited about her task completed, therefore, she came running into my room -which is right across from her room- saying "Mom, come look, my room is all cl...WHAM...ean!! (In the middle of saying clean she hit the deck!) So, she fell and hit the CORNER of our wood desk. She looks up at me and blood is coming like a waterfall. Head wounds tend to bleed a lot! Anyways, I rushed her to the bathroom and got the bleeding under control, and it was so cute because in the middle of this she said quite calmly "Mom lets go to the Doctor." We didn't end up taking her in, we were very very lucky and the cut wasn't that deep so we decided against stitches. Just add another scar to Abby's list!! See pictures below:

Abby thinking "Oh man I fell again, and this time it hurt more than usual!"

Can't really see the cut, but she is still smiling!

A little more of a close up.

Family in town!

This past weekend my Uncle Scott and cousin Noah who live in Chicago came to Idaho to visit, and lucky for us they stopped in Pocatello during their short trip!
I haven't seen Noah for quite some time, but he was my instant friend and we just love him to death!!

Cute!! Abby coudn't get enough of Noah! She was constantly following him around and bugging him!

Thanks for stopping by Scott and Noah!! (and Grandma and Grandpa too!!)

Ice fishing with the boys

I see that Aaron took some pictures of their little adventure ice fishing, so I thought I'd post a few......ya know I'm not sure I actually GET the concept of ice fishing....I, personally, think it is just a time for men to get together and sit, eat, and talk.....which I don't have a problem with at all. I think it sounds like fun, ya know if I'm not too cold......but it just can't be considered a sport, because is there a challenge to it?? I'm not sure..........???????? Aaron said he'll take me sometime, I'm more than happy to go, that way I can really figure out all my wonder and questions.......

AARON ICE FISHING WITH HIS DADDY, BROTHER MATT, AND BROTHER-IN-LAW CALEB:

Yeah, I should switch this picture to the very end...but oh well.....looks like they did well! Who caught the big one?

Aaron drilling the hole....Honey, should you be doing that with a bad knee???

Way to go Caleb!

Way to go Aaron! It looks like you are waiting for the fish to attack your face!

Way to go Matt!

Their area.........

Jim - Aaron's Dad - smiling for the camera, and trying to find the perfect spot to drill! (I don't really know that...?)
THE END

Storytime!

It seems like I use to take pictures of everything when it comes to Abby, well I don't do that anymore, but this time I just couldn't pass it up!
I was busy in the kitchen and I could hear Abby jabbering away, so I checked on her and I found my little mommy reading stories to her babies. I thought it was pretty precious! She was so serious, and if one of the babies tipped over she would quickly sit her right back up.
Poor Zoe is in a choke hold here and can't really see, but that is because she was having a hard time sitting up....Abby took care of it!

Reading about elephants to Sam (on the left) and Zoe (on the right).
Lately I've been talking about "baby brother" a lot to Abby so she can start thinking more about him being a member of our family. (she doesn't call him Wags the Dog anymore, only if she has an audience and knows she'll get a laff, then she will call him Wags) Anyways, she is so sweet and is always wanting to kiss my belly and talk to baby brother and she will ask me at random times if he is moving. She even went and got a little bottle and put it up to my belly like she was feeding him, of course it was cute until she jabbed it into my belly button!
I just love how she is a little mommy, but I'm a little worried about how good of a helper she will actually be when this little boy finally arrives!
