Here are a few pictures from the farm auction we had last week. These pictures really don't do justice. There was a lot of stuff up for sale, with a million (it seemed like it) people there. I should have taken some pictures of all the vehicles (lots of nice trucks!) parked. My parent's house was surrounded by parked cars, I mean trucks! Overall the auction was a success and it is good to have it done and over with. It was a very bitter sweet day. I'll always love the farm and growing up in Raft River, I wouldn't change it for the world. But we all know this is what needed to happen and is best for everyone we just have to faith and a positive attitude. I'm so excited for my parent's to start a new chapter in their life.

Cousin Fun!
Last Wednesday we went to Raft River to offer family support during the farm auction and Aaron just had to go so he could get in on the action and bid on my Grandpa's truck! (ask him about it) It was a great day because Abby got to play with Ryley, Haylee, and Bryson, and it has been awhile since they have been together. Here are a few pictures:

Easter
We were in Raft River for Easter and had a great time. We went to church with my folks and Grandma and Grandpa Garner joined us for an Easter dinner. YUMMY! We also celebrated Grandpa Garner's 70th birthday with a pecan pie. Happy Birthday Grandpa!!
Here is Abby with her Easter basket. I was a bit disappointed because she really could care less about the whole thing. When she found it she just walked right by it. So I went and got some fruit snacks and put in the basket, that definitely made here attitude change!

Abby's First Rodeo!
This last week/weekend Pocatello hosted the big DNCFR -Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo. We went on Saturday and Abby definitely enjoyed her first rodeo. She was so good and "in the zone" with what was happening. She would point down at the horses, moo at the little calf's being roped or wrestled, and of course she was always dancing to the music. It was fun to sit with Aaron's boss, Tony and his wife Dawn, and we even got to see and talk to Uncle Matt and Aunt Jen who were also there. We were a little disappointed with the clown but we all got to enjoy nachos and a Dr. Pepper!

Sitting on Dad's lap while we are watching some buckin' broncos!
Loved sitting in stairway. I'm sure she was a fire hazard...!
View of the rodeo in the Holt Arena.
After the rodeo....bright sun!

What a week we have had........
This past weekend and this week everyone in the family has had a chance of being a little "under the weather." Abby started the whole thing and is still getting over it. She has some type of stomach virus, I won't go into any details or anything. I was lucky enough to get food poisoning (I'm pretty sure that is what it was...I won't be eating at Perkins for awhile) and was sick for a night and day. Then last night and today Aaron caught a little something but is fine now. These pictures show what are life has been like lately:
Seems that we haven't been out of the house to much - Television has been a pretty darn good source of entertainment for everyone, as Abby is getting ready to change the channel...
Lots and LOTS of laundry!!!!! (whenever throw up and diarrhea is involved it never stops!)
Just chillin' with bad hair!
Lots of bad smells....
And the adults of the family have been drinking lots of Coke, and apparently Abby finds this very unfair wondering why she can't drink some too!!
I really hope that we are all on the mend, especially Abby. So in the meantime I'm gong to continue disinfecting everything in sight!!
March Madness!!
Our family is very excited that MARCH MADNESS has started. Aaron stayed home from work today because he was sick (which he really was) but I keep teasing him that it is pretty ironic that he was sick the same day March Madness began....he just wanted to watch basketball all day...... We absolutely love sports in our home and March Madness is just another highlight. It has been fun watching Abby because she is realizing how much her mom and dad love sports and she gets excited as well.
Aaron "forcing" Abby to say that BYU is #1!! They ended up losing to Texas A&M in the first round! But Aaron is just happy to be at home watching basketball.
This picture shows that Aaron really is sick.......actually the fact that BYU lost makes him even sicker.
