Thanksgiving never disappoints, and this year was no different!
We went down to Heber City to my parent's to have an early Thanksgiving dinner, ya know a nice warm up to get ready for the real one in a few days! It was a lot of fun and memorable because my 3 brothers were there, which meant the whole family was together! The food and company was amazing! Aaron and I went to The Forgotten Carols with Chad and Amanda. It was my first time seeing it and it was great! Michael McLean is from Heber City and lives close to my brother so it was fun, and we got some hometown treatment! ....we can be together forever someday....sing it with me! Then that night Amanda, Linsey, and myself went to see Twilight and it did not disappoint, it was so good.... my favorite one of them all of course! Grabbing ice cream afterwards was pretty great too! Heber City has a nice, cheap movie theater. Aaron and I will be saving our movie dates for when we go to Heber!

My mom made these for each grandkid. They all sat at the table waiting for Thanksgiving dinner to be done and wrote or drew pictures of what they were thankful for. So great!
Now back home in Pocatello!
We started our Thanksgiving off by heading over to the 5K Turkey Trot! Our friends Quinn and Suzie came along with their 3 adorable kids, and we had a great time! Definitely made shoving down turkey and pie later more guilt free!!

We later headed out to Inkom to my lovely in-laws and enjoyed Thanksgiving!
Grandpa Armstrong is the master Turkey carver. I had to snap some pictures. Grandpa Armstrong is the cutest, kindest Grandpa ever!!
Abby looking cute on Turkey day!
With cousin Brayden. These two are pretty tight!
Kaden joined the picture party! Silly kids!
It was a great dinner and great day....unfortunately the eating and talking had to end a bit early this year because Black Friday started on Thanksgiving evening!! Aaron and I are black Friday shoppers, and have so much fun doing it together and Aaron is the best Black Friday shopper he gets aggressive while making friends and bringing smiles. We pretty much shopped all night, we did take a couple hour break and grabbed some shut eye!My favorite deal of the night was when we stood in line to get into Shoe Carnival. The first 100 people got $10 off coupons. So we each got one! Then I got me the 19.99 boots plus with the $10 off....yeah baby $10 boots!!! It is so fun doing black Friday with Aaron because we keep each other in check and don't overspend and we have a plan!! And we have fun!

Looks like your Thanksgiving was way funner(is that a word?) than ours!! haha! I wish Ryan would come black Friday shopping with me, I wanted him to go with me to Shoe Carnival that night too but he wouldn't and I didn't want to go by myself. We would have seen you there! You have to tell Aaron to convince Ryan of how much fun you have and how much you saved! Thanks for your comments yesterday. I need to be a better blogger, so we can help each other out for sure! And Disneyland with you guys would be awesome!! We want to go again maybe next Feb? We heard that month was the least busy??
Looks like you had an awesome Thanksgiving. And hello- pre-Thanksgiving? Why doesn't everyone do that?
Love your sweatshirt at the Turkey Trot. I wear mine often and get lots of comments on it. "Oh, you played basketball in high school?" (Yes, can't you tell??) Or, "Wow, you sure have a lot of clothes with your high school colors and logo on it." I will wear that thing until it is ragged.
We are all about Black Friday shopping too! It's half about the great deals, half about the fun. Ben loves it too. We didn't get to do the early morning stuff this year since we didn't have a babysitter (a.k.a. my mom). Still fun though.
Sorry. Darn Ben keeps logging in and I don't even know it.
